office or can download it from our website.
• Send or Submit the filled application form (photograph duly pasted) alsong with DD
of required fee at Resonance PCCP division, C-8, Lakshya, Nursery Plot, Talwandi,
Kota (Raj.)-5 Contact Nos: 0744-3022244 / 3022245.
