1.   Refund Policy :

      In c ase, once admitted and then a student wants to discontinue anthe courses due to any reason, the refund will be made as per

      below mentioned rules and regulations-

      •    The refund will be subjected to number of weeks from the commencement of the course.

      •    The refund would be done according to the following table.

1.1 Refund Policy for Classroom Courses-:

1.1.1  If Fee is paid in installments :

Note :

·          The application for refund of fee after the due date of II-    installment would be entertained only if II-installment is paid before the last date of deposition of II-installment.

·          The date of commencement of classes will be considered as mentioned in the leaflet. 

1.2  Policy for transfer from one location to another :

      •    In order to get transferred from one location to another the student has to apply with an application in writing.

      •    The student has to deposit the sum of Rs. 500/- towards the process charges.

      •    However the institute will not be responsible regarding any change in study pattern/method at the new centre where the student has transferred.

      •    If the student opts for transfer to a centre where the same programme is offered at a higher fee than the student will have to pay the  difference in fee existed between two centres. However in case of student opts for transfer to a centre where the same programme is offered at a lower fee than the institute will not refund any amount to student.

      The student has to attach :

      •    An application signed by him/her and his/her parents.

      •    Identity Card of Classroom.

      •    Photo copy of receipt of total fee deposited.

1.3  Policy for Phase change in same location :

      The shifting from one phase to another phase is subjected to number of days after the commencement of the classes.

      •    The charges for shifting will be collected as per the following table.     

      •    If the student requests for shifting after six weeks from the commencement of the classes he/she will have to reappear in the process of admission.

      •    The following documents will have to be attached with an application form dually signed by the candidate for processing the shifting of student.

      •    Identity Card.

      •    Photo copy of receipt of total fees deposited.    

NOTE :  If a student opts for combination of two options (6.3 & 6.4) than he/she has to pay separately as per respective head.

1.4  Policy for change in course mode (Distance Learning Course to Classroom Course):

      •    The student will have to pay the difference of both the fees with the sum of Rs. 500 towards the process charges.

      •    Documentary to be attached :

            (i) An application signed him/her and his/her parents.

            (ii) Photo Copy of receipt of total fee deposited.

1.5  Policy for Scholarship:

      •    The student would be awarded with the scholarship according to the following table.

      •    It is assumed that the students seeking admission in Resonance PCCP division have read all the rules & regulations carefully and agree to abide by all the rules.
