Miscellaneous fees


1. Policy for transfer from one Study Center to another

  • In order to get transferred from one location to another the student has to apply with an application in writing.
  • The student has to deposit the sum of Rs.1000 towards the process charges.
  • However the institute will not be responsible regarding any change in study pattern/method at the new centre where the student has transferred.
  • If the student opts for transfer to a centre where the same programme is offered at a higher fee than the student will have to pay the difference in fee existed between two centres. However in case of student opts for transfer to a centre where the same programme is offered at a lower fee than the institute will not refund any amount to student.

The student has to attach :
  • An application signed by him/her and his/her parents.
  • Identity Card of Classroom.
  • Photo copy of receipt of total fee deposited.

2. Policy for Phase change in same location

  • In order to change phase the students has to apply with an application in writing.
  • The student has to deposit the sum of Rs.1000 towards the process charges.
  • The following documents will have to be attached with an application duly signed by the candidate for processing the shifting of student.
    • Identity card
    • Photocopy of receipt of total fees deposited.

NOTE : If a student opts for combination of two options (2 & 3) than he/she has to pay separately as per respective head.

3. Policy for Classroom Programme Change

Regular to Premium:

If any student wants to change the programme from Regular (evening) to Premium (morning)

  • In order to change programme the students has to apply with an application in writing.
  • The student has to deposit the difference amount of Fees and the sum of Rs.1000 towards the process charges.
  • The following documents will have to be attached with an application duly signed by the candidate for processing the shifting of student.
    • Identity card
    • Photocopy of receipt of total fees deposited.

Premium to Regular:

If any student wants to change the programme from Premium (morning) to Regular (evening)

  • In order to change programme the students has to apply with an application in writing.
  • The student has to deposit the sum of Rs. 1000 towards the process charges.
  • The following documents will have to be attached with an application duly signed by the candidate for processing the shifting of student.
    • Identity card
    • Photocopy of receipt of total fees deposited.

NOTE : In case of change of programme from Premium to Regular classroom programme the excess fees will not be refund.

4. Policy for change in course mode (Distance Learning Course to Classroom Course )

The student will have to pay the difference of both the fees with the sum of Rs.1000 towards the process charges.
Documents to be attached:
  • An application signed him/her and his/her parents.
  • Photo Copy of receipt of total fee deposited.
